Greetings Amassment,

The Administrative and Staff team would like to address the topic of missing member posts that have occurred over the weekend. A few months ago, a member was approached by the administrative team about their conduct in the forums. Over a month later, the member was was given a warning (not a ban). In response, this member decided to leave the community on their own accord and we left their account open in case they had a change of heart and would like to return.

Just a few days ago, this same member reached out to one of our staffers and requested to have all of their posts and account removed from the forums. The administrative team is currently reassessing how we deal with problematic posts, posters, and privileges for when they may arise again. We apologize for the inconvenience in the delay of bringing this to everyone's attention, as transparency is highly important to all of us within the community.

As many of you know, one of our core rules at Amassment is to keep drama away from the forums and we do our best to make sure everyone feels welcome and invited at the Amassment forums. While in some cases individuals may post on their personal sites and social media about the community, people, or practices that take part, the Admin and Staff do not condone their posts and unfortunately are unable to assist members who may be affected by their actions. This being said, we are continuing to focus on keeping the forums, chat channels, and all other branches of Amassment a safe and creative space and working on how to address these issues outside the community.

Thank you for you patience as we continue to work to resolve the matter. If you have any questions about this matter, please reach out to one of our admins.
