Re: Currently Reading
Grabbed the first volume of Gundam SEED Re: when I was on holiday recently. It's still total SEED AIDS but it's definitely better to look at than the early SEED manga serials.

Howdunit Police Procedure + Investigation & Howdunit Forensics which are both guides for writers, but I'm just reading them for fun. They're technical in places though still accessible for the lay person. I also look like a serial killer when I read them in public.

Re: Dream Big
WE REALLY DO. NASA could probably see our combined collections from space at this point. *brofist* We should do something for it again someday, though. You know, before our retinas get too old to withstand the color palette in the animation anymore. I can't wait for your Seraphim Call general site....

Re: Classic Genre
I thought classics were literature that came from the classicism period? OH MAN people probably have already said that though. I guess I'm more of a neoclassicism person because those books are easier to read (given that they were printed at a later date) and can be something I relate to. Classics ...

Re: Manga TO Novels - Novels TO Manga
I haven't read any light novels but I would definitely be interested in it! There are some anime that I've watched that I found out they are based off of Light Novels. I'd like to read "Our Home's Fox Deity", which also has a manga adaption, because the anime sort of cut off and the novel...

Re: Eden of the East
I watched it as it was airing and I'm afraid I didn't get into it at all. The first couple of episodes were quaint and the animation was decent, but the characters grated on me and as much as I've enjoyed previous works by Kamiyama, EoE really lacked subtlety (in its message, the handling of said me...

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! :inlove: My copy of Ulrich Haarburste's Novel of Roy Orbison in Clingfilm finally arrived today. I've been trying to track down a copy for a while. It collects all of "Ulli's" short stories already featured online in addition to some new ones only featured in the book. T...

Re: Manga TO Novels - Novels TO Manga
I love manga (or anime) to light novel adaptations. So far nothing has been able to beat the Blood+ light novels for me (they are SO HILARIOUSLY AWFUL) but the Akihabara Dennou Gumi light novel side stories are a lot of fun (for both the right and wrong reasons). Sadly I haven't read too many legiti...
