Re: Changing Shrine Names

I think I would change site names, no matter how old they are, if I wasn't pleased with them anymore. For me, this comes mostly from fanlistings. Re: Series fansites

I need to bookmark this thread, haha. There are so many good points in here, and I definitely have my share of series I'd love to shrine one day. I think the biggest thing to take away from this thread is that, despite being a series site, you don't have to cover every (little) aspect -- you can foc...

Re: Marathons and Challenges: Motivation or Intimidation?

Are you ever intimidated to sign up for marathons or challenges here because you think you won't finish and will let yourself and others down? This applies to me so much, haha. I am definitely the type that will feel down if I don't deliver something I've committed to. I had a tough time deciding w...

Re: Retro Shrine Features

Heavy vs Light Layout Options - Often, people wanted to have graphic heavy layouts but because there was still a transition from dial-up to broadband internet, they wanted to make sure that their site was accessible to people with slower net connections. So they would have a splash page that offere...

Re: Stylesheet Changes

I felt like the font was really big when I first noticed the change (I don't know if it's actually a bit smaller now?? haha) but it seems fine now! I'm also pleased that the padding for the forums are smaller again. As someone who was actually quite okay with the old version, I just wanted to let yo...
