Beautiful richly-colored design! I like the "button"-like hover effect on the navigation. Plus your Film page made me LOL with the spoiler-free summary and explanation :P

Just curious, what's your favorite thing (or things) about this film? This is the first I've ever heard of it (I know, I know, I'm lame)

You're so not lame. ;) If I hadn't been so obsessed with seeing every Adrien Brody movie, I may not have seen or heard of it, either.

You know, it's funny, I usually write a little bit about my fandom of whatever topic my fanlistings are for and I totally forgot with this one! Thanks for asking. ;)

The main draw was Adrien, but I grew to really love the other characters, as well. There's such a simplicity and purity to their way of life that is refreshing to me. So many films he's been in have such harsh language... I'm not an angel myself, but that gets old. Ha ha.

The story is very cool and there are so many surprises along the way. You think you know what's happening, then it's something different. As an example (that doesn't spoil much) is that who is set up as the main character doesn't stay the main character. Just little things like that I find so fascinating.

Ugh, this movie! I've only watched it once—and that was years ago—but I remember getting chills from it because horror films (even just the low-key kinds) are just not my thing. In any case, the design definitely gives off the appropriate ominous vibe, and I love how you incorporated the different colors—the red, especially, for obvious reasons!

The information is really detailed, and I enjoyed reading why you like the film so much! Admittedly, the plot sort of confused me mid-way when I was watching it (I was also quite young, so that might also be another reason!) so thanks for providing the synopsis of it along with the brief summary. Nice work! :content:

I made 16 new codes and removed some older ones I couldn't stand anymore.

Also added links in the "The Film" section to a fantastic three-part film analysis I came across online.‬

I love the beautiful and clear layout, and I like information (and like Robin above, I lol'd at the spoiler free version). I'm definitely joining after I clear a place to put all my nice buttons. I've always enjoyed the film -- very beautiful, and interesting. I need to work my way through that linked analysis!
