Nice Alita layout, dubiousdisc!
I'm working on a new collective layout as well. Something simple and featuring the sky. Graphics are done, now I just need to get around to coding it and picking out fonts, colors, and so on.

Guestbooks
Guestbooks were, and still are, great. When I first starting spending time online, every site I went to had a guestbook. Visitors seem feel comfortable leaving guestbook messages and tagboard messages, more so than email. I still get a few email messages here and there, talking about how they enjoye...

Re: Colors & palettes
I tend to think of it as lethargy, but a comfortable sense of instinct sounds good as well. haha.
I'm glad to hear you're learning to be more relaxed with design. In the mean time, your extra efforts are appreciated as well. :)

Re: At the gates of death
A collection of one-pagers in one website. It's a great idea and beautifully executed.
I wonder if my Final Fantasy domain counts as sub-collective. We're making up new things here at Amassment all the time. heh.

Re: Dream Big
I've actually considered doing something like that, but I really like the ideas that you used so I may actually go with it! I used to have something similar with my old WoW site Divine Storm ( dunno if anyone actually remembers it *cough*), which was a sort of blog/personal site type thing but I to...

I've been abstaining from buying pokemon this entire time, but this offer has me finally giving in. I own the Eevee fanlisting after all.

Re: Bringing offerings of Peace and Prosperity
Hi again, Stefi. Welcome back. :) How are things in Japan? You're so wise to take that path. Not applying to JET when I got out of undergrad has always been one of things that I would have changed. I'm glad you took advantage of the opportunity. Are you still working on the Those Who Fight project? ...

Re: Colors & palettes
I didn't realize that I had a pattern with colors until the good people at Remixers on livejournal pointed out that my layouts tend to be a mix of aquatic, pastel, and neutral shades. It's interesting how third parties can notice things about your sites that you don't yourself. I use to pick out ran...

Re: Dream Big
Because I am into WoW so much I've thought of opening some sort of related shrine to something from the series, but I'm not really sure how you could shrine anything from an MMO. It is still something I'd like to try to do though. x.x I've done it for an MMO - Ragnarok Online. XD It was one of my v...
