Re: What are you currently reading?

I'm currently reading Robert Greene's books: The 48 Laws of Power, and The Art of Seduction. I'm in a non-fiction phase right now, mostly because my profession tires me out and I can't handle immersing myself in a fictional world right now. Reading non-fiction feels like reading news articles or com...

Re: How do you decide what you make a shrine to?

Pre-existing shrines are a factor to be considered for me as well. It's a factor that is weighed lightly, compared to the many other factors in deciding who/what to shrine, but it still affects me. If I can fill in a void in a certain fandom's community, it provides a lot of motivation.

Re: Opening speeches

The welcome message is a necessary chore for me. I don't write it until after all my content is done, and it's usually very generic introduction to what the site contains, especially for people who are not accustomed to shrines. Sometimes I may provide a section description of sorts. Something that ...

I'll always remember Reno Pixels, though it's current incarnation is fantastic is well.

I like all your shrines a lot. They're genuinely entertaining. It's been fun to see how you experiment with different shrine styles while always maintaining your unique taste and staying true to your values.

Re: Night of Discord

I love Sessy's Castle. It's a classic. How incredible that it's been up since 2003!

I'm looking forward to your loki shrine. Some of my friends didn't understand Loki's character from the time-limited Avengers movie, so it's good that you can make a fansite and further clarify more about who he is.

Re: Bloody Network

Your entire network is pretty amazing, Saya. You do a little of everything and you do it well. :star: My favorite is La Fille Brave. I think I nominated it every month, for several months, for SOTm, because I really wanted people to see how great it is.

Re: The Dynamism Network

Hisoka from Yami no Matsuei! I ADORE this boy to pieces. Have we discussed him before? It's a little bit difficult to find Hisoka fans because the series is a bit old school and obscure even back then. I've always been tempted to shrine him as well, but there are so many other projects waiti...

Re: Love-Gala and the Scratch Cat Network

I've already told you privately, but I'll say it again - Love-Gala is great! I'm very happy to see you back with a main domain again.

By the way, your shrine links for l-g.org sites are broken (though everyone easily figured out where to go because your collective is so clean and legible.)
